Nationally recognized, Raymond serves on the National Electronic Health Record Modernization Health Professions Trainee Council and is a member of the Account Provisioning and Deprovisioning System (APDS) Super User Advisory Team. Her leadership in implementing APDS led Memphis VA to be among the first to perform a day-one signing ceremony for trainees.

With experience as both a medical student and resident in a VA-accredited clinical program, Dr. Raymond brings an invaluable perspective to her role. As a strong advocate for expanding affiliations, Dr. Raymond established affiliations with new medical schools, enriching the program’s clinical learning environment.

Raymond’s leadership was recognized when OAA highlighted the Resident Supervision Steering Committee at Memphis VA as a best practice. She shared these successful processes at the national OAA DEO Conference, contributing to the advancement of health professions education across the VA health care system.
