Management, Planning, and Analysis Executive Director

Ms. Bryan-Beveridge serves as MPA’s Executive Director. As Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary and Principal Assistant Secretary for HRA, LBB provides guidance, information, and advice on all matters involving strategy, budget, procurement actions, human resources, risk management, and organizational performance. She oversees a team of 60+ FTE and over 30 contractors.

What do we do?

Management, Planning, and Analysis is the business services and operations program office for HRA; with customers ranging from senior leaders and HRA employees to VA’s human capital management community and workforce.

MPA’s purpose is to provide customers with efficient, effective, and high-quality business products and services. MPA drives HRA planning for the enterprise on strategic, risk management, and operational levels. MPA provides top-notch acquisition, portfolio, and program management support for all HRA program offices. MPA supports budget formulation and execution to ensure compliance with business processes and VA policy. The MPA team streamlines HR transactional operations using a centralized and customer-centric approach. MPA provides critical support services to our VA-wide customers, including the enterprise Childcare Subsidy Program (CCSP). The MPA team consists of five service lines and integrates diverse program areas to support mission fulfillment at the HRA and enterprise level.
