Partners and Stakeholders

Partners and Stakeholders shaking hands

Who are our partners and stakeholders?

The Center for Women Veterans (CWV) works closely with a wide network of partners and stakeholders who play a vital role in supporting women Veterans. These ongoing relationships are characterized by both high influence and impact and are essential to achieving CWV’s mission and expanding our outreach. By building strong, strategic alliances, we aim to reach women Veterans in their communities, especially those not yet utilizing VA services. Our ultimate goal is to earn their trust and encourage them to consider the VA for their healthcare and support needs – whatever those may be.

What We Do

CWV hosts monthly meetings for our partners and stakeholders, inviting more than 100 organizations that support and advocate for women Veterans. These virtual meetings create a forum for Veteran Service Organizations, State Women Veteran Coordinators, the National Association of State Directors of Veterans Affairs, and other non-governmental groups to connect. Together, we share resources and discuss collaborative ways to support and reach women Veterans.
