VA MidSouth Healthcare Network includes an integrated system of five high complexity, tertiary care medical centers in Lexington, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; Memphis Tennessee; Mountain Home, Tennessee; and Nashville, Tennessee.  The network includes more than 48 community outpatient clinics and three Community Living Centers across 22 Congressional districts serving 272 counties in Kentucky, Tennessee, and portions of Georgia, Indiana, Virginia, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
