Office of Integrated Veterans Care (IVC)

IVC centralizes all VA access-related functions, combining the VHA Office of Community Care (OCC) and the Office of Veteran Access to Care (OVAC) to ensure seamless Veteran healthcare delivery within VA and community settings. Established in June 2020, IVC also manages national billing and collections, returning funds to VA medical centers to support Veteran care.
