Mr. Patrick J. Zondervan was appointed Executive Director of Loan Guaranty Service on August 10, 2025. In this role Mr. Zondervan is responsible for delivering VA Home Loan Benefits to Service Members, Veterans and their families. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Zondervan was the Executive Director of the Little Rock VA Regional Office and led a staff of 275 employees in providing a full range of benefits and services to approximately 187,000 Veterans and their families in the 75 counties of the state of Arkansas.
