About the Veterans Benefits Administration<\/h2>\n\n\n

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) is one of three Administrations forming the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We offer a wide range of benefits to our Nation\u2019s Veterans, Service members, and their families and survivors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We employ approximately 35,000 people nationwide. Of these, over 50% are Veterans, and many more are closely related to Veterans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VBA administers the full spectrum of VA benefits (excluding healthcare) including: Disability compensation, pensions, education (GI Bill), training and employment, home loan guaranty, burial allowances, life insurance and dependents and survivors’ benefits. VBA offers services specifically for transitioning Servicemembers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
