Volume II contains the recommendations, which are designed to modernize and realign VA health care facilities to improve access and outcomes for current and future generations of Veterans. The VA health care system is divided into 18 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs), or regional systems of care. Market recommendations are organized by VISN below.
