Various Sections – Reformatted to new policy format and completed five-year review to reorganize chapter layout.
Section 0305 Policies – Updated policy statements to properly reflect VA’s current accounting and recognition of accounts payable, interest payable, and accounts payable in closed appropriation accounts.
Appendix A and B – Moved items into policy section due to being policy statements and not procedures.
