VA Customer Experience Institute

The VA Customer Experience Institute (VACXi) is a new learning community for innovators aiming to transform the ways VA meets the needs of Veterans, family members, caregivers, survivors, and its own employees. In our courses and programming, seasoned designers from VA’s Veterans Experience Office bring customer experience (CX) and human-centered design concepts to life through real VA examples. Our instructors and coaches teach from their own toolbox of trusted methods and help learners practice them in small, interactive sessions.
