Veterans Health Administration

The VA Great Lakes Health Care System, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12, a group of eight VA medical centers and more than 40 VA clinics, is dedicated to providing a comprehensive health care package to America’s Veterans. VISN 12 serves Veterans who reside in Illinois, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Wisconsin, and northwestern Indiana.

Our mission is to serve the health care needs of America’s Veterans. This is accomplished through a comprehensive, integrated health care delivery system that provides:

Clement J. Zablocki Veterans' Administration Medical Center Wisconsin NOTICE Medical-grade cough, surgical, procedural or N95/KN95 masks are required in high-risk areas of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center.
Milwaukee VA Clinic Wisconsin NOTICE This is not a health care clinic. It provides Veterans who are homeless and at risk of homelessness with one-stop access to community-based, multiagency services to promote permanent housing, health and mental health care, career development and access to VA and non-VA benefits. Walk-ins welcome.
Oconomowoc VA Clinic Wisconsin NOTICE The Oconomowoc clinic is open for day-to-day operations, eligible Veterans who are interested in transferring to the clinic can call the Clinical Contact Center at 414-384-2000, ext. 44255, to submit a request. Currently enrolled, eligible Veterans are being contacted by Milwaukee VA.
Oscar G. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Facility Michigan LIMITED This facility is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., including holidays. Our Urgent Care Clinic is closed Saturday and Sunday.
