The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. 10, that a meeting of the Joint Biomedical Laboratory Research and Development (BLR&D) and Clinical Science Research (CSR&D) and Development Services Scientific Merit Review Board will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
