Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 is the result of the integration of VISNs 10 and VISN 11 as part of VA’s MyVA Transformation plan. The newly integrated VISN 10 is comprised of 10 medical centers and the independent Columbus, OH Ambulatory Care clinic and a network of 63 Community Based Outpatient Clinics. VISN 10 provides personalized, proactive, patient-centered care to more than 685,000 Veterans throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan, Ohio/Northern Kentucky and Indiana.

Ms. Lumia was appointed Deputy Network Director for Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10), April 2024. She previously served as Associate Director of the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) in Cleveland.
Ms. Lumia began her VA career in 2003 as a Social Services Assistant in Bath, New York. Over the years, she advanced through various roles, including Social Worker, Clinical Coordinator, and Health Systems Specialist. In 2016, she was promoted to Associate Director at VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System. Ms. Lumia also showcased her leadership as the acting Medical Center Director at the VAMCs in Cleveland, Erie, and Chillicothe, as well as serving as the Incident Commander for the COVID-19 Response Team from 2020 to 2022.
Before joining the VA, Ms. Lumia was a Case Manager and Clinician with The Salvation Army Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Program. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ms. Lumia is a graduate of the Northeast Healthcare Leadership Institute (2010) and the Federal Executive Institute (2019). She has served on the Northeast Ohio Opioid Consortium and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Mr. Rawlins was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10), June 2024. Mr. Rawlins previously served as Assistant Director for the Chillicothe VAMC. as Acting Associate Director of Resources at the Phoenix VA Health Care System, where he oversaw Facilities Management, Fiscal, Clinical Engineering, Emergency Management, and Supply Chain.
Mr. Rawlins began his VA career in 2014 as a Payroll Technician at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. He quickly earned a series of promotions, serving as HR Specialist Lead, Accountant, Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately as Chillicothe’s Assistant Director before taking on a detail position as Acting Associate Director of Resources at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. Prior to joining the VA, Mr. Rawlins served in the U.S. Army for eight years as a Financial Management Specialist, completing four overseas deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Mr. Rawlins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Rio Grande and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Ohio Christian University.

Effective February 26, 2023, Dr. Mark Hausman was appointed as Executive Director, Integrated Access (IA) for the VHA Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC). In this role, he is responsible for supporting the Assistant Under Secretary for Health for IVC in leading VA’s efforts to enhance access to care for Veterans and beneficiaries.
Prior being selected as the Executive Director for IA, Dr. Hausman served as Special Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Under Secretary for Health for IVC. He also served as Chief of Staff at the Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettle VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he oversaw clinical services, access to care, professional standards and quality, and research and education missions. Previously, he has served in various clinical leadership roles, including Associate Chief of Staff, Chief of Anesthesiology, and Director of the Surgical ICU at the Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettle VAMC.
Dr. Hausman received his Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Michigan and his undergraduate degree from Yale University. He is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology for Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ms. Pyle was appointed Quality Management Officer for Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10), June 2019 . Ms. Pyle previously served as VISN 10’s Patient Safety Officer since May 2017.
Ms. Pyle began her VA career in 2008 as a Risk Manager, before being promoted to Chief of Quality Management at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. In 2014, her expertise led to her selection for a detail at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, where she played a key role in redesigning the Risk Management Program.
Before joining the VA, Ms. Pyle worked as an Assistant Nurse Manager on a cardio/pulmonary stepdown unit, with a nursing background in critical care. She is a Registered Nurse (RN, MSN), holding a master’s degree with a focus on healthcare law.
