Christopher J. Wenger serves as the Executive Assistant at the Center for Women Veterans, supporting the Director, and Deputy Director by providing administrative and clerical assistance to fulfill the Center’s mandates. He assists with arranging conferences and meetings conducted for the Director and Deputy Director. Provides administrative and logistical assistance, including travel arrangements, and itineraries, and submits travel vouchers and reports.
He serves as the Primary Office Manager with general knowledge and understanding of data gathering and utilization of logistics, acquisition, and tracking of all office equipment using Maximo. He arranges conferences and meetings conducted for the Director, and Deputy Director, in addition, assembles materials and conducts research in support of agenda items.
Mr. Wenger proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. Throughout his career, he competed six deployment deployments to the Middle East in support of OEF/OIF missions. Mr. Wenger holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University.
Mr. Wenger is married and has two children.
