Veterans Integrated Service Networks

The Department of Veterans Affairs comprises 5 Veterans Integrated Service Networks or VISNs — regional care systems working together to better meet local healthcare needs and provide greater access to care.

VISN 1

Includes Connecticut,  District of Columbia, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,  New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,  Rhode Island, and West Virginia.

VISN 2

Includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina,  U.S. Virgin Islands, and Virginia.

VISN 3

Includes Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Tennessee.

VISN 4

Includes Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming.

VISN 5

Includes Alaska, American Samoa,  Arizona, California,  Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, and Washington.
