Elizabeth Harrington serves as the Operational Manager at the Center for Women Veterans. Elizabeth is responsible for reconciling data regarding the feedback received from many sources that pertain to women Veterans. She is working to automate processes to streamline how information is received and to use that information to identify ways VA can better serve women Veterans. In addition to automation, she is working to create Standard Operating Procedures and applying data-governance to CWV.
Ms. Harrington has 14 years of Federal Government experience and holds a Level III DAWIA certification in contracting, FAC-COR Level III, and FAC-PM Level II certifications. Prior to working as a public servant, Ms. Harrington worked in private industry as an Account Manager for a radio and print advertising firms utilizing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing obtained at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College in March 2018 and recently graduated from the VA’s Senior Acquisition Leadership Training (SALT) Program.
