Lifecycle Tracker

Steps to create and update Enterprise policies

The lifecycle tracker walks you through the phases of creating and updating policies. It aligns tools and templates to steps in the publishing process.

What this step requires:

Route the policy in VIEWS to OGC for a legal sufficiency review and OGC concurrence. If your policy requires labor management review, it will be tasked after this step.

How EPMO supports this step:

  • Ensures the version sent to OGC meets all formatting and administrative readiness checks.
  • Facilitates effective communication between the originator and OGC during the resolution of comments as needed.
  • Confirms that any legal insufficiency noted by OGC is addressed before advancing.
  • Tracks legal review requirements for policies with statutory or regulatory implications.
