To maintain a standardized, transparent, and legally compliant framework for VA-wide policy issuance, ensuring all policies are current and meet legislative, usability, and style requirements.

To be the central hub for enterprise-wide policy excellence, fostering efficiency and trust. The EPMO strives for a future where:

- Streamline policies and publication processes.
- Optimize policy publication to support advanced searches.
- Use AI to assist in policy organization by categorizing information appropriately, fixing layouts, and creating easy-to-follow structures.
- Use AI to assist policy teams draft and revise documents. This includes clarifying language, spotting outdated details, and suggesting revisions.
