From homelessness to housing: Building financial stability

For many Veterans experiencing homelessness, the path to housing stability starts with employment and a steady source of income. Both meaningful employment and income maximization are powerful tools that help Veterans build financial stability. Whether through employment, earned benefits, education or other supports, increasing income can help Veterans secure housing, weather financial challenges and build a more stable future. Together, employment services and income maximization strategies create a strong financial foundation, helping Veterans not only exit homelessness, but sustain long-term housing stability.
